The Fair Work commission has announced a 2.5% increase to the minimum wages following the Annual Wages Review 2021.

This increase will apply to all awards in 3 stages;

• Stage 1 – Most awards will increase from the first full pay periods on or after 1 July 2021.
• Stage 2 – The Retail Award will increase from the first full pay period or after 1 September 2021.
• Stage 3 – All other 21 awards will increase from the first full pay period on or after 1 November 2021.
